Kranjska Gora is the starting point for the most popular backcountry ski destinations in Slovenia, including skiing from Mala Mojstrovka, Kotovo Sedlo (Jalovec), from underneath the Križka stena or through the valley Za Cmirom underneath the highest Slovenian mountain, Triglav. All our mountain gudes that can take you to those trips have an international license.

Ice climbing

Climbing the frozen waterfall Lucifer is not a descent into hell! Lucifer is a famous frozen waterfall in Martuljek and is one of the most treasured ice climbs in Slovenia. We also suggest climbing one of the frozen waterfalls underneath the Prisank mountain or in Tamar - of course accompanied by the mountain guide. There is also an artificial ice wall in the valley of Mlačca in Mojstrana, suited for both veterans and complete beginners. Our mountain guides will supply the neccesary technical equipment, teach you the technique of ice climbing and lead you through the waterfall climbs.
